Public Announcement Workshop for Frontliners of Rapid Rail: A truly commendable initiatives by Prasarana for explicit knowledge sharing in enhancing the public announcement skills of the frontliners of Rapid Rail.

This course is designed specifically for program participants to obtain the following:

• Provide knowledge and exposure to the theory and practical practice of public announcements specifically in controlling and managing the public during a crisis;
• review existing scripts and make necessary improvements that suit the current situation;
• provide guidance and guidance on the method of writing text and announcement scripts that are simple, accurate, organized, polite and following protocol;
• guide the participants on voice aspects such as volume, speed, clarity of pronunciation, pauses and so on.
