'My Persona': Enhancing the Professional Image, Protocol and Dining Etiquette 2024 Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission: 23 - 26 July 2024.
This course is quite challenging, besides the Professional Image Enhancement Modules, ACCEPT was requested to provide equipment, preparations and training materials for the 'Executive Dining Skills' Simulation session at the training venue.
Alhamdulillah it was successfully conducted... a 4-course Western Dining menu complete with the utensils and props for 30 MACC enforcers and employees.
ACCEPT would like to express our gratitude to the organizers, especially the MACC Protocol and Ceremonial Unit for the mandate and trust given to conduct this program.
Executive dining skills are crucial in a business setting, where meals often serve as a backdrop for important discussions and relationship-building. Mastering dining etiquette can significantly enhance one’s professional image, foster better interactions, and create a positive impression. Simulation sessions provide a practical and immersive way to learn these skills, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for real-world dining scenarios.
Dining Skills Simulation Highlights:
Successful Implementation: ACCEPT, as the training provider, successfully conducted the Dining Skills Simulation at the organizer's premise, fulfilling all requirements for a 4-course western dining experience complete with all necessary utensils and props.
Interactive Participation: The session featured high levels of interactive participation from all attendees.
Practical Learning: Participants were required to set the table with the proper utensils according to the menu, enhancing their practical skills.
Role Play: Each participant engaged in role play, simulating a real dining event, which helped in understanding the nuances of dining etiquette in a real-world context.
Cost Efficiency: By bringing the hotel banquet experience to the organizer's premise, significant cost savings were achieved. This approach allows for the high-quality experience of a hotel setting without the associated expenses, making it a cost-effective solution for comprehensive dining skills training.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the organizer, SPRM, for providing us with the opportunity to conduct this program. Your support and collaboration were instrumental in making the session a success. We wish all the participants the best in applying their newly acquired dining skills in their professional endeavors.
