As a trainer, watching my trainees present their group work feels like watching my own children take their first steps. It's so gratifying as I see them confidently share what they've learned, weaving together the knowledge and skills I've guided them through. It's not just about the facts they present—it's about their growth, their courage to stand up and speak, and the way they support each other as a team.

I feel a deep sense of connection, almost like I'm part of their journey, sharing in their successes and challenges. When I see the light in their eyes, the moments when everything clicks for them, it warms my heart. It’s both humbling and exhilarating to witness how the sharing efforts have helped them grow, and it reminds me why I became a trainer in the first place. In that moment, the room feels alive with possibility, and I can’t help but smile, knowing that I’ve played a role in their journey.
