Regardless of size or event type, events have certain factors in common, they all require planning, a lot of commitment, a wide range of skills, energy and enthusiasm.
The participants were exposed to the fundamental concept of event management as well as to the knowledge of the protocol procedures practiced in Malaysia, especially in organising events that requires the attendance of key government representatives. The knowledge gained will increase the participants' confidence and ability in organising, managing and handling any type of event in the future.
