Alhamdulillah just completed a fulfilling 3-day training program on Advanced Communication Skills for 30 dedicated staff of the Department of Land and Survey Sarawak.
This course was not just about theory—it was about doing to understand. True to the spirit of adult learning, the participants immersed themselves in a variety of interactive management games designed to enhance real-life communication and people-handling skills.
The training was part of a proactive initiative by the Department to strengthen the capability and confidence of their personnel—especially frontliners—who are the face of the organization when dealing with the public.
A big thank you to Dr. Syed Faizal, our Communication Guru, for his boundless energy, commitment, and strong presence throughout the course.
