ACCEPT had the honour of conducting a Royal Protocol & Etiquette course for 41 dedicated staff of Yayasan Hasanah on 25 June 2025, held at their Shah Alam office.

It was an insightful and engaging session led by Ahmad Dan Setafa, our Associate Trainer at ACCEPT, whose expertise and delivery captivated participants throughout the day. From mastering royal greetings to understanding ceremonial protocol, the staff were fully immersed in learning the grace and dignity required in royal settings.
