Day 2 – CFDC by ACCEPT
Hands-on learning in full swing! Participants explored place settings for Western & Oriental menus, then brought it to life with a 4-course Western dining simulation.
The room was filled with energy, teamwork & curiosity. From arranging cutlery with precision to sharing etiquette tips, every moment was engaging and interactive.
This time around, participants were mostly 7 Culinary and Hospitality lecturers from Community Colleges & Polytechnics and 2 Professional Image Consultants. Truly gratifying to have shared knowledge and experience with such passionate educators and consultants.
We ended the day with micro session assignments- each participant will present tomorrow, showcasing their own style and creativity. Can’t wait to see their teaching flair in action!
