Medical Health Care Image
In medicine, the dress code is quite heterogeneous, but as physicians, they should make sure that their attire reflects a certain level of professionalism that is also mindful of patients’ preferences.
In this era of appropriately increased focus on patient-centeredness and satisfaction, physician attire may be an important, easily modifiable component of the patient care experience.

'Making the Right Impressions: Protocol and Social Etiquette’ Course is the commitment to upgrading the image of the Medical Center of UiTM. The Modules conducted were: Managing your First Impression, Business and Social Etiquette and Business Dining Skills (theory and simulation).

Dining Simulation training is a powerful teaching resource that provides valuable opportunities to learn and practice: Key competencies in Dining Skills. Thus providing an enjoyable learning session for the participants to maneuver their dining experiences.

The second-day session covers the Modules on Protocol: Elementals of Protocol, Event Management, Order of Precedence, Sitting Arrangement and Honorifics.

Our sincere appreciation to the organizers as well as the participants. Congratulations on their commitment to fulfilling their quest for in-depth knowledge in Protocol and Etiquette towards Professional Health Care Personnel with Decorum.
