In today’s competitive business world, most companies spend an immense amount of money each year developing and maintaining their company’s image. As a fresh graduate looking for a prospect as a representative of a company, it’s up to you to reinforce this image by presenting yourself in a way that’s consistent with the company brand. Positive impression communicates trust. Once trust is established, it’s easier to build rapport and strong business relationships.
The program will expose the participants to the fundamental concept of Professional Image, Business Etiquette, as well as Communication. It emphasizes the social skills to increase self-confidence when interacting with future and present clients as well as employers, whether in the formal or informal setting.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- enhance self-confidence interacting in formal and informal occasions by identifying important values and etiquette essentials that serve as the basis of courtesy and courteous behavior;
- enhance knowledge on dress code and appearance at work and during formal or informal functions;
- identify the principles of Professional Communication
