Most people think of etiquette as the proper way to hold a dinner fork, extend a hand for a handshake or greet a dignitary, but there is a way of being human that far outweighs the formality of physical actions in any given situation.
Etiquette is defined as the behavior of others that is customary or accepted by society. In business, it means the daily protocol or actions of leadership and how leaders are expected to behave and be perceived.

Alhamdulillah with Allah’s blessings, the Protocol and Etiquette for Leaders Program for the teaching staff, lecturers and Professors of UiTM were successfully conducted. This 2-day program, a collaboration with Awaken Training and Consultancy, was delivered with modules that cover on Corporate Grooming, Business Protocol and Professional Etiquette as well as Executive Dining Skills.

The most extraordinaire about the course is, the amazing participation from the participants, the way in which they interact, both verbally and non-verbally, communicates sheer sincerity in sharing. It has in a way enriched all with the opportunity to learn and in which the class explores issues and ideas in-depth, from a variety of viewpoints.
