The Power of Protocol in Professional Presence were presented more on the protocol aspects especially in Greetings and salutations. Effective customer service means having the ability to use positive language i.e. responding to questions with positive language can greatly affect how the customer be it VIP, VVIP as well as the royalties hears your response; and this will be addressed in Professional Communication Skills module.
